Can you provide me with a diagnosis code to get charges reimbursed by my insurance?

Quest Diagnostics: Lab services purchased under or through QuestDirect are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are ineligible to be submitted to your health plan or the government for reimbursement. In some cases you may be able to submit the expenses associated with this testing to your Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Account, or similar account for reimbursement. Please check with your health account administrator. Additionally, it is Quest’s policy that we are unable to provide ICD-10 codes.
