Can my child get a vaccine? Is it safe for children?

Children age  6 months and up can get the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Before recommending COVID-19 vaccination for children, scientists conducted clinical trials with thousands of children and did not find any serious safety concerns.
